Project management
Our extensive experience from a large number of projects enables us to bring specific aspects of planning and execution into the project work and to form project teams. Against this background, we can identify and reduce the risks of the project at an early stage. On the basis of freely agreed service specifications, we support our client by assuming client tasks in the areas of organisation and documentation, quality and quantity, costs and deadlines according to freely agreed service specifications. In doing so, we control the relationship triangle of deadlines, costs and user requirements by planning processes, coordinating participants and constant target/actual comparisons for target achievement.
Mandated property and sales
We are long-standing, reliable partners for private and commercial investors in their search (qualified property search) and sale (market sale or placement) of yield properties and investment real estate, paying special attention to sensitive discretionary requirements. We develop profiles and goals in close coordination with our clients and subsequently implement these in the market. Our search and sale activities focus primarily on off-market deals.
Due Diligence-Management
Our real estate due diligence process increases the quality of decision-making while at the same time minimising risks. We use recognised analysis methods and involve independent experts – such as lawyers, auditors etc. – for this assessment. We then record the results in a due diligence report. Our audit areas cover the typical areas such as market, law, taxes, (construction) technology, contaminated sites and finance.
Portfolio consolidation
Real estate markets are in a state of constant change, as are the interests and opportunities of investors. As a result, real estate portfolios must be reviewed regularly, and corrections made to them where necessary. We have the expertise, experience and required approaches in order to analyse a real estate portfolio according to professional methods and to make changes – always on the basis of national and international standards (IAS).
Real estate investments
While maintaining the greatest possible flexibility, we have specialised in three business areas. These are own investments, advising private and institutional companies and co-investments with partners. Existing expertise allows us to invest in a wide range of asset classes. Our approaches to investment are tailored to our clients’ objectives and the opportunities that the properties or the projects themselves present. These approaches can be direct or indirect investment, hold or trade oriented strategies, active management-oriented or passive management-oriented methods, risk-averse or risk-taking in nature.

Cooperation in different shareholding relationships with project partners allows experience and invested capital to be applied to its full potential. With regard to their various investment opportunities, our investors then have the opportunity to partake in standing investments, project developments, potential properties and refurbishments and to invest in different risk and return classes.

For example, existing properties need to be adapted to different uses over time, or changes in the market can compel new investments. New ideas for office, retail and commercial centres require the provision of qualified locations, individual measures for practical implementation and, in particular, the procurement of efficient investors and operators.
