Against this background, we can identify and reduce the risks of the project at an early stage. On the basis of freely agreed service specifications, we support our client by assuming client tasks in the areas of organisation and documentation, quality and quantity, costs and deadlines according to freely agreed service specifications. In doing so, we control the relationship triangle of deadlines, costs and user requirements by planning processes, coordinating participants and constant target/actual comparisons for target achievement.
We are long-standing, reliable partners for private and commercial investors in their search (qualified property search) and sale (market sale or placement) of yield properties and investment real estate, paying special attention to sensitive discretionary requirements. We develop profiles and goals in close coordination with our clients and subsequently implement these in the market. Our search and sale activities focus primarily on off-market deals.
Our real estate due diligence process increases the quality of decision-making while at the same time minimising risks. We use recognised analysis methods and involve independent experts – such as lawyers, auditors etc. – for this assessment. We then record the results in a due diligence report. Our audit areas cover the typical areas such as market, law, taxes, (construction) technology, contaminated sites and finance.
Real estate markets are in a state of constant change, as are the interests and opportunities of investors. As a result, real estate portfolios must be reviewed regularly, and corrections made to them where necessary. We have the expertise, experience and required approaches in order to analyse a real estate portfolio according to professional methods and to make changes – always on the basis of national and international standards (IAS).
