Mandated property and sales

We are long-standing, reliable partners for private and commercial investors in their search (qualified property search) and sale (market sale or placement) of yield properties and investment real estate, paying special attention to sensitive discretionary requirements. Due Diligence-Management

Our real estate due diligence process increases the quality of decision-making while at the same time minimising risks. We use recognised analysis methods and involve independent experts – such as lawyers, auditors etc. – for this assessment. We then record the results in a due diligence report.
